Но мало кто сразу знает, что в этих шаблонах могут быть скрытые ссылки, которые ведут на различные левые сайты. Последствия от такого соседства могут быть очень разные, то пользователей Вашего сайта перекидывает непонятно куда, то позиции сайта падают.

Я занимаюсь удалением вирусов, чисткой сайтов более 4-ёх лет. Так что опыта и положительных отзывов хватает.
