Privacy policy
1. Content Ownership, Collection and Use
You always retain whatever ownership rights you may have in any content, data, or other such materials you upload or otherwise actively provide to us through the sites (the "user content"); provided, however, that you grant us (and our employees, agents, successors and assigns) a worldwide, irrevocable, perpetual, fully-paid license to use such user content in any manner reasonably necessary for us to operate and provide services in connection with the sites. We will not sell, share, or rent this user content to others in ways different from those disclosed in this Policy.
In addition to user content you may upload or otherwise provide to us, we may collect additional information relating to, for example, your activities while visiting our site, at several different points on a site, and additional information on our collection and use of such additional information is provided below.
2. Subject matter of the Privacy Policy
This privacy Policy sets out the obligations of the site Administration for confidentiality and ensuring the protection of privacy of personal information that the User provides on request of the Administration for registration on the website or when ordering.
If you (1) order products or services using a site, (2) use services from a site (regardless as to whether you are a registered user), (3) sign up for a newsletter, (4) participate in a survey or contest, or register for an event, or (5) otherwise contact us, we may request information from you using an order or registration form, survey form, or otherwise.
Such information may include things such as your name, username, password, email address, business information, and general information about your interest in and use of the site, as well as relevant demographic information and other information from which an individual may be personally identified that may be required by the Operator and prompted for submitting from time to time via the InfoTwip Service.
In addition we may automatically collect information about your computer or internet access, such as IP address, web browser, internet service provider (ISP), referring/exit pages, platform type, and your usage of our sites and applications. All of the foregoing types of information will be collectively referred to as "user information", and we may use such user information in connection with the operation of our services and/or your use of them or the sites, and otherwise in connection with our business operations. We may use the user information to better understand and market to our customers and site users, individually and in the aggregate; for example, we may use this user information for product and service development, and for sales and marketing purposes. We may share this user information with third parties who are working with us to identify, develop and/or offer products and services which may be of interest to you.
When using an order form to order a product or service from us, you must also provide additional financial information needed to complete your order, such as credit card number and expiration date (collectively, "billing information"). This billing information is used for billing purposes, to fill your order, or if we have trouble processing an order. When we already have user information and/or billing information about you (such as through a previous order, previous use, previous registration, or previous contact, whether received through a site or otherwise), we may use such information to facilitate the order, registration or other process.
You agree that You provide through the Service InfoTwip Personal Data must be true, accurate and complete. Providing false information about Your identity or about the identity of third parties is prohibited. If the Service InfoTwip believes that Your Personal Data are not correct, current or complete, or is false or misleading, You have the right to deny access, block or terminate Your access to the Service InfoTwip.
You hereby agree that if You do not want the Service InfoTwip collected, processed, stored and/or used any of Your Personal Data, You may not or will not be able to use the Service InfoTwip, order the provision of Services, to use sections or modules of the Service InfoTwip who need or may need Your Personal Data in accordance with their purpose.
3. Cookies
The technologies used in relation to the InfoTwip Service may include cookie files. A "cookie" is a small data file that can be sent to and placed on or in your computer’s or mobile device’s hard drive and/or memory, whichever is applicable, when you access and use the InfoTwip Service. The site Administration may deploy cookie files to collect, store, and sometimes track information for statistical purposes to improve the InfoTwip Service and the functionality and services it offers, as well as to store user preferences, to record session information, to record user-specific information on what pages you access or visit, to record past activity on the InfoTwip Service to provide improved Services when you return to the InfoTwip Service, to ensure that you are not repeatedly sent the same advertising or notifications, and to collect other information that you send or that may be required for maintenance, improvement and enhancement of the InfoTwip Service. The site Administration may also deploy "web beacons" and similar technology to assist with delivery of the cookie to your computer or mobile device. Please note that blocking or rejecting cookies on your computer or other device may prohibit you from accessing and/or using certain functionality or services available on the InfoTwip Service. You hereby expressly consent to the site Administration placing the cookies on your computer’s or other computing or mobile device’s memory for the purposes set forth in this Section, including but not limited to InfoTwip Service maintenance and improvement, and accessing and using certain functionality and services of the InfoTwip Service.
Advertisers and other third parties may also use their own cookies. The site Administration does not control the use of such third party cookies and expressly, to the fullest extent allowed under applicable law, disclaims any and all responsibility for any information collected by third parties through use of such third party cookies.
4. Sharing of Information
- Aggregated information. We and our agents may share aggregated demographic information with our users, our affiliated organizations, and other organizations with which we do, or contemplate doing, business. Such information is aggregated and is not linked to any information that can identify individual users.
- Specific services. Although we generally host our own sites, we may have agreements with other parties to provide you with specific additional services, including, without limitation, third-party hosted collaboration tools and other hosted services. When you or your organization use such services, we may share personally identifiable information with such parties. In such cases, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to restrict the information provided to the information necessary for the provision of such services.
- General use. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Privacy Policy, we may share personally identifiable information with various vendors, suppliers, and partners. InfoTwip uses commercially-reasonable efforts to verify that such vendors, suppliers, and partners provide products and services of interest to site users, and do not endorse such vendors, suppliers, advertisers, products or services unless expressly stated otherwise. You opt out of some of this sharing by using the opt-out information and contact information provided below.
- Anonymous Data. Any and all anonymous information collected and processed by the Service InfoTwip and/or authorized third parties and is used solely for the purpose of improving the Service InfoTwip and also for marketing purposes. You hereby agree that the Service InfoTwip and/or its authorized third parties are entitled to freely disclose any and all such anonymous information to third parties of its choice, including but not limited to, third party advertisers and other parties.
- Selling or merging. With the development of our business, we might sell or otherwise transfer some or all of the assets of the Service InfoTwip. In the case of a merger, acquisition or sale, Your continued use of the Service InfoTwip will constitute Your consent to be legally bound by the privacy policy of the subsequent owner or Service InfoTwip. The present provision will remain in full legal force regardless of termination of Your use of the Service InfoTwip for any reason.
- We also may disclose an individual’s personal information in response to a lawful request by public authorities, including to meet national security or law enforcement requirements.

5. Data Security
Service InfoTwip takes commercially reasonable technical, organizational and administrative measures to ensure the protection of personal data of users. Service InfoTwip and the servers that host the Service InfoTwip as well as the servers of the authorized Service InfoTwip contractor engaged in the processing of personal data of users who use certain electronic security measures designed to protect against the loss, misuse and alteration of the information under the control of the Service InfoTwip or its contractor. In addition, these measures fully meet the requirements of applicable law. However, You acknowledge and agree that no electronic transmission of information or storage of information cannot be guaranteed to be completely secure and, despite the fact that the Service InfoTwip or its contractor engaged in the processing of personal data of users, are making and will continue to take such measures to ensure the safety and protection related to the Service InfoTwip networks and systems, as well as personal data security of users. Service InfoTwip and his contractor cannot and do not guarantee that the security measures deployed on the Service InfoTwip will prevent the receipt of information about You, including personal user data, third-party hackers or other malefactors.
Please note that the Administration site cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information You transmit through the Service InfoTwip, including information about Your financial transactions. You hereby expressly acknowledge and agree that your use of the Service InfoTwip at your own risk.
6. Email Communications
Service InfoTwip or third party advertisers may use Your e-mail address for sending notifications and other informational and promotional materials about the new functionality and new services or products, the Service InfoTwip can display interactive advertising. You hereby grant Administration of the website, Your consent to receive such information and promotional materials. Your email address will not be used to send You unsolicited commercial messages ("spam").
7. Term of processing, updating and deleting personal data
Personal data of users processed and stored by the Service InfoTwip during the period required for providing You access to the Service InfoTwip and his use, the transmission of information, advertising materials, and use of personal data of users to other established this Policy, but not more than 3 (Three) years from the date of termination of Your use of the Service InfoTwip for any reason unless You request deletion of the Personal Data before the end of the specified term in accordance with this Section.
The user has the right to request the Administration of the website making changes to personal data or their removal by contacting support. Within 10 working days of receipt of a request is produced by processing a User request.
8. Changes to This Privacy Policy
Service InfoTwip may amend this Privacy Policy at any time. All changes to this Privacy Policy take effect immediately and are included in the Privacy Policy. The site administration may, but is not obligated to, provide notice of changes to the User. The user is responsible for regularly reviewing this Privacy Policy.
If you agree with the changes, you don't need to do anything. But if You do not agree to the changes, you must cease use of the Service InfoTwip. The use of the Service InfoTwip or any part thereof after the entry into force of the amendments, you are deemed to accept the changes.
9. Exceptions
Except as stated below, we will use information in accordance with this Policy as it may be changed from time to time as set forth above. Notwithstanding anything else in this Policy to the contrary, we may collect personally identifiable information and use and disclose such information in ways other than those described above if we are required to do so by any applicable law or if we deem it advisable and lawful in the course of (1) assisting law enforcement activities, or (2) investigating and resolving disputes between users; and (3) protecting our site(s) or other property, including, without limitation, investigating, preventing or taking action with respect to illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving the potential safety of any person, violations of InfoTwip terms of use, or as otherwise required by law. Without limiting the foregoing, we reserve the right to use and disclose any information that you provide to us if we deem it advisable in the prosecution or defense of any litigation involving your use of any site.
