Модуль формы обратной связи. Устанавливаем через менеджер расширений.Через менеджер модулей выводим в любом месте сайта. В настройках указываем, куда отправлять сообщения.
В базе данных сайта сообщения пользователей не сохраняются - только отправляются на email.
Модуль использует встроенную капчу Джумлы 2.5. Советую использовать мой плагин "Защита от спам-ботов" в качестве капчи.
