То, что сайт находится в желтой зоне ещё не означает медленную загрузку, просто для достижения лучших результатов понадобится значительные усилия, которые могут не оправдать ожидания. Если сайт находится в красной зоне, то стоит обязательно ускорить его! Частой причиной плохих показателей может быть неоптимизированность сторонних ресурсов, с которых подгружают данные ваш сайт. В этом случае оптимизировать не удастся.
